Answering and directing incoming phone calls.
Monitor and respond to email in shared mailboxes.
Dispute resolutions.
Managing purchase orders, customer records and invoices.
Answering customer queries. regarding biilling.
General Administrative tasks.

Proven administrative experience.
Customer service experience.
Office 365 Suite experience Essential
