Administrative Officer required for South Australian Food Service Company located just outside of the Adelaide CBD.
Duties will include:
Front of house duties, greeting people upon entering the office, Phone answering, taking orders, liaising with customers and suppliers, data entry, invoicing, costings, telesales, Stock Control and Stock-takes, arranging deliveries and receiving of goods, word processing, general office housekeeping, customer service, chasing accounts and debtors, EFTPOS, and other miscellaneous duties as well..
All applicants must be experienced, reliable and flexible with their work hours too.
All applicants must also have experience and be proficient with:
The MYOB Program, EXCEL and WORD too.
Strong communication and people skills also a MUST as well.
All applicants must be able to work well as part of a team as well as being able to operate autonomously/on their own too.
All applicants must be available to work from Monday through to Friday.
