We're looking for a
Rostering Officer to join our team! In this role, you'll ensure our workforce is allocated effectively across service areas to deliver top-notch support to our customers. Your responsibilities will include maintaining rosters and providing shift cover within CLO on a daily and as-needed basis.
Key Responsibilities- Ensuring day to day roster coverage per KPIs
- Monitoring long term roster gaps
- Manages all leave coverage
- Updates CLO's internal systems, including Emplive, to provide an accurate
overview of staffing requirements * Displays a resourceful and innovative approach to rostering, applying proactive strategies that align to policy and address workforce challenges
- Contacting relevant staff & clients to advise of roster changes
- Escalating issues and risks to relevant Team Leaders and Managers.
- Submit timesheets for approval by the Team Leader Ensuring the rostering
policy and procedure is followed * Abilities are up to date in Emplive and employees are rostered within theirabilities * Generating reports from Emplive as required
To be Successful:We are looking for someone who has demonstrated strong administration skills and experience with Excel. Ensure effective time management, efficient problem-solving, experience in system support, and staying updated on financial functions relevant to the
Rostering Officer role.Working Areas could be:
- Victor Harbor.
- Edwardstown.
Essential Requirements:
- Current 'C Class' Driver's License.
- Understanding of NDIS & Disability sector.
- Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
- Current NDIS Workers clearance.
- Current Working with children clearance.
- Must satisfy all Visa requirements to work in Australia.
- Tertiary Qualifications in Business/Administration and/or relevant industry qualifications (Diploma or higher)
