Currently due to natural growth an exciting and highly rewarding opportunity has arisen for an Administrative Officer to join the team. Based in our Lutwyche office on a permanent basis, the main focus of the role is to provide quality service and effective support to 2 Financial Advisers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing client reviews
- Assist preparation of written documents as required.
- Providing high level administrative support to advisers, and the broader wealth team
- First point of contact for client enquiries via phone & email
- Liaising with product providers and other third parties
- Data input and organisation of client files
- General office duties

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Industry experience not essential and on the job training will be provided
- Experience using XPlan or other similar CRM software will be an advantage but not essential
- Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate a proven ability to juggle competing priorities daily
- A positive, can-do attitude with a team orientated approach
- Excellent presentation and a polite, professional manner
- Proven strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to work both in a team and autonomously
- Proficient in written and verbal communication
