Job description

As the Front Desk Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operation of the front desk. This role involves a variety of tasks including managing reception, handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with patients and labs. The role offers a pathway to management responsibilities, overseeing clinic growth, collaborating with our marketing team, and assisting in all aspects of business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage reception area and act as the first point of contact for all patients and visitors.
  • Handle telephone inquiries, make appointments, and provide information to callers.
  • Coordinate communication between patients, dental staff, and external laboratories.
  • Order and maintain inventory of dental materials and office supplies.
  • Assist in the implementation of marketing strategies and business expansion plans.
  • Oversee administrative procedures and clinic operations to improve efficiency.
  • Prepare reports and assist management in the strategic planning process.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a front desk, reception, or administrative role with a Dental practice .
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficient in using office software and appointment scheduling systems.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong team player.
