Cyril Jackson Senior Campus (SC) is seeking to establish a pool of Administrative Support Coordinators for appointments to permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2024 school year and up to the end of Term 1, 2025. Appointments can be made from the pool at any time for commencements within the 2024 school year, up to the end of Term 1, 2025.
Suitable applicants should assist with coordinating the daily operations at our school. This includes coordinating and communicating with prospective enrolments, efficiently recording student data in relevant systems and undertaking data transfers to internal and external stakeholders such as Reporting to Parents and the School Curriculum and Standards Authority (SCSA). Experience with data integrity assurance is desirable.
Providing curriculum related administrative assistance to the school's executive team is an important aspect of this role. This may include generating and optimising student and teacher timetables, assisting in the preparation of reports, police clearances and coordination of examinations.
At Cyril Jackson SC, our staff have highly developed organisational and communication skills. The role of Administrative Support Coordinator supports our team by providing staff training relating to administrative procedures and business management software. Ideally you will possess attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal supervision to meet deadlines. The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team is highly desirable.
Cyril Jackson SC offers a wide range of year 11 and year 12 courses. We have students of various ages who are working towards graduation or pursuing their interests, including tertiary aspirants. Most students are aged between 16 to 25 years old. The school also has an extensive Intensive English Centre (IEC) for students within this age range. The majority of students in the IEC program continue at Cyril Jackson SC in year 11 and year 12 courses.

To be suitable for this role, you will need to demonstrate the following work related requirements (selection criteria):
- Ability to provide effective support and input into the development, implementation, maintenance and monitoring of business operations and administrative activities.
- Well developed verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships and liaise with individuals at all levels.
- Well developed organisational skills, including the ability to work with minimum supervision, identify priorities and meet deadlines.
- Well developed computer skills including the ability to create, operate, extract reports and manipulate databases, spreadsheets and systems.
