Our client, a renowned supplier of high-quality stone products, is seeking a dedicated Administrator to join their team. Specializing in exquisite marble and granite, they cater to discerning customers across the Perth Metro area.
About The OpportunityAs an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the quoting, invoicing, and scheduling of new projects and jobs. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with warehouse staff
- Scheduling jobs and conducting follow-ups
- Providing quotations, tenders, and invoices
- Ensuring office organisation and filing systems are maintained
- Communicating with clients via email and in-person consultations
The successful candidate will have:
- 1 year of experience in a hands-on administrative role
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude, quick learner, and great work ethic
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
You may also have:
- Previous experience in the building industry (highly regarded)
- Basic understanding of building plans (highly regarded)
