We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our Support team as an Administrator (Level 1 Year 1 Private Clerks Award).
As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to Management as well as assisting with the day-to-day operations of the company.
You will work in a fast paced and energetic team with a focus on quality and innovation to ensure the business maintains its growth and meets its goals.
Responsibilities will include:
- Provide efficient and effective administrative support to Senior Staff.
- Manage and maintain records, files, and databases, in an accurate and timely manner.
- Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and emails.
- Assist will all basic administrative tasks, such as data entry, printing, and filing.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Year 12 education or equivalent.
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Prior experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred, but not required.
