Duration: ASAP start - temp to potential perm opportunity
Working hours: 7am to 3pm Monday to Friday, with half hour lunch break
Location: Osborne SA
Your responsibilities will include:
- Support Project Managers with administration duties
- Inducting new employees
- Organising security passes
- Entering new starter information into database
- Filing and document management
- Using MS Word and Excel
- Ad-hoc administrative support duties
- Previous administration experience gained within an office environment is essential to be considered for this opportunity.
- It is preferred that your administrative experience includes recruitment administration/on-boarding experience
- IT Literate (MS Word and MS Excel)
- Excellent time management capabilities with high attention to detail and accuracy
- You will need to be immediately available
- You will need recent police clearance (within three months) or be prepared to secure police clearance documentation
