Here at Concentis, we are seeking an Accounts Administrator and HR Administrator around the Gladstone region to hit the ground running in these short-term contracts. Concentis currently have which will allow you to bring your extensive experience within administrative and accounts support to our client.
Responsibilities
- Assisting HR with documentation including contract preparation
- Generating purchase orders
- Supporting the team with mobilisation of new starters
- Purchase order reconciliation
- Database management and data entry
- Ad-hoc administration support
About You:
- Previous experience within accounts or HR support position
- Exposure to purchase orders, mobilisation, recruitment or accounts highly desirable
- Intermediate skills within the MS Office suite
- Strong communication skills
