The Opportunity
Are you an experienced administrator with experience in workflow coordination?
Do you have previous experience in a fast pasted admin role? Do you have the skills to think on your feet and able to make decisions with a high level of attention to detail? If so, we are looking for you!
This new and exciting opportunity is for a seasoned Administrator at our Mitcham office to manage the workflow and administrative duties of jobs between 2 dynamic departments. We are after a strong administrator who is ready to join a well established and busy administration team, and can support the growth of the business.
Requirements for the Role:
- Senior Administrator with at least 3-4 years previous experience.
- Exceptional attention to detail, communication and organisational skills.
- A strong phone manner.
- Proven ability to liaise and work with various internal and external stakeholders at different levels in a professional manner.
- Proven ability to work well with a team and autonomously.
- Proven ability to coordinate a high level of jobs, make decisions unsupervised, self-manage and manage workflow of departments.
- Organise toolbox meetings.
- Other general administrative duties.
- Previous Surveying or Geotechnical admin experience, or any administration coordination role will be highly regarded.
