We are looking for an experienced Administrator that will be required to provide efficient and professional administrative support to the team.
ABOUT THE ROLEResponsibilities:
Word processing, data entry, formatting, preparation and compilation of reports/proposals, and filing
- Managing appointments, meetings, meeting room bookings, seminars, conferences, workshops and catering requests
- Providing general secretariat support for team meetings (i.e. preparation of agendas, minute taking and coordination of follow-up actions arising from the meetings)
- Managing travel requirements and conference bookings
- Performing activities associated with asset management, accounts payable and receivable and systems application (SAP) including monthly corporate card reconciliation and raising purchase orders
- Ensuring all records are accurately maintained and recorded in Sunwater's information management systems
- Providing support to Executive Assistant by backfilling RDO days and holidays
- Accurately updating key emergency response documentation and ensuring checklists are completed
- Assisting in providing QA checks and reviews of emergency response documentation
You will bring:
- Experience in a similar administrative role with a focus on providing high quality management support services.
- Working knowledge of Sharepoint, e-docs (similar programs are TRIM, Hummingbird, Objective, Techone) and Microsoft Office
- Well-developed communication, interpersonal and coordination skills.
- The ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines and work effectively within a team environment.
