Stella Industrial is seeking a vibrant and enthusiastic Administrator to join the team. This is a full time role with school hours available.
This will be a diverse and demanding role, assisting across all departments in the company, primarily focused on onboarding, mobilisations, labour tracking and redeployment, whilst also assisting operations, accounts and sales departments.
Duties for the role will include:
- Onboarding personnel
- Booking medicals, training, flights, accommodation as required
- Organising mobilisations to various sites
- Assisting with the re-deployment of personnel
- Reviewing Daily Time Sheets
- Collating EOM claims
- Keeping company registers up to date with current information.
- Assisting the Operations team as required with administrative tasks such as JHAs, Risk Registers, etc.
- Monitoring stock levels and procurement requirements
- Assisting with purchasing
- Assisting in all departments on an as-needed basis.
- General ad-hoc administrative tasks.
This role will include some reception duties such as answering phones and assisting onsite guests.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Be available for an in-office, full-time role
- High attention to detail
- Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise on the go.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Professional demeanour and presentation.
