About the role
The administrator provides high-level of assistance to the site, based remotely from Perth's CBD. This position requires experience working within the mining related industry and high-level understanding of JDE systems.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Provide high-level administrative assistance and support:
- Completing compliance documentation
- Booking of training session for potential candidates
- Preparing correspondence and reports
- Supporting project leaders
- Organise logistics for meetings and staff events. This includes managing invitations and attendance, venue bookings and room preparations.
- Excellent understanding of JDE systems (ideally used in a previous role)
- Advanced Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Microsoft Teams. - Microsoft Project desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Possess a current Western Australian ‘C’ Class Driver’s Licence.
- Experience within a mining related previous role
The role is full time based, 38 hours per week with a competitive salary of:
- $38-40 per hour plus super plus penalties
