As the Office Administrator, you'll play a key role in enhancing the experience of our international students.
About Us
ASC International, based in the Perth CBD, is part of the Anglican Schools Commission, dedicated to servicing international students wishing to study in our Schools.
The ASC owns and operates 16 low-fee, co-educational schools in WA, Victoria, and NSW, promoting excellence in education. Our strategic focus is to foster and support the growth of existing schools, establish new schools in specific regions, and enhance our schools as inclusive learning communities. Through five core activities, we aim to grow sustainably while embodying values of inclusion, justice, and respect. We strive for excellence in education, fostering a welcoming environment grounded in our beliefs.
Your Role in Our Vision
As our Office Administrator at ASC International, you will be a key figure in enhancing the international student experience. With your strong interpersonal and organisational skills, you will contribute significantly to our mission, supporting educational excellence and promoting a diverse and inclusive community.
The Key Responsibilities
- Provide efficient and hospitable reception and student services.
- Support in administrative tasks for the ASC International team.
- Deliver administrative support to the Director, Manager and Finance Department
- Assist in student recruitment, admissions, and orientation programs.
- Maintain effective communication with international students and families.
- Uphold the values of the Anglican Schools Commission in all interactions.
About You
- Support the ASC's Vision, Core Purpose, Values, and Strategic Direction.
- Demonstrated experience within education or similar context is desirable.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills.
- Strong planning, organising, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Support for the ethos of The Anglican Schools Commission.
