Free onsite parking About the role:
General data entry and admin
Dealing with export and air freight
Use of MS office suite
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Problem solving
Tracking orders to ensure timely deliveries
Preparing shipping documents
Planning shipping
Creating of purchase orders
Processing of invoices About the individual:
Previous freight or export admin experience
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficient in MS office suite, particularly around Excel
Ability to pick up new information and eager to learn
Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems
A good attitude and able to work collaboratively as part of a team
