We are looking for a Junior Administrator to join our supportive, friendly, and professional team with an immediate start and permanent opportunity who will be responsible for -
- Provide administrative support to the team.
- Geneal reception duties.
- Undertaking core operational administrative tasks.
- Assist with job management data entry including scheduling and timesheets.
- Handling incoming queries via phone & email, providing customer service support.
- Communication with operational team members on site regarding updating of schedules.
- Performing other varied & relevant duties as required.
Essential Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.
- Intermediate to advanced competence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Great attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously and use initiative.
- Ability to manage well under pressure and multitask when required.
- Current C Class WA Drivers Licence.
- National Police Clearance (within 6 months).
- Covid 19 Digital Certificate to be provided (fully vaccinated).
