Phoenix Source & Select are currently hiring for one of Australia’s largest providers of new and used forklift and access equipment including forklifts, container handlers, scissor lifts, boom lifts and telehandlers. A national company that has been around for 30 years.
Qualifications & experience
- Certificate II and III Business Administration would be an advantage.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to excellence and a proactive approach.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Computer literate with excellent data and typing skills.
- Team player.
- General office and Interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Professional presentation and telephone manner
Tasks & responsibilities
- Support the team to ensure progress reports are communicated to customers throughout the day.
- Support and carry out the arrangement of service booking calls for customer and rental machines.
- Assist with scheduling and coordination of technicians to attend customer service calls.
- Assist with the maintenance of the database to ensure new customers are loaded into the computer database.
- Support the processing of invoices to ensure they are created in a timely and accurate manner according to the Company procedures manual.
