If you are an organised, friendly and process driven administrator with proficiency in;
Answering phone calls
Email correspondence
Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and booking rooms
Entering data into in house systems
General ad-hoc administration tasks
Customer service
What you'll need to succeed
You MUST have previous experience in a similar Administrative Assistant role, this will lead you to success as will:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer service skills
The ability to professionally liaise with multiple stakeholder
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite including excel and various IT programs
Data entry and ad-hoc administration experience
Strong organisational skills and exceptional time management
