The Role
We are looking for an experienced Health Support to join us in the Health Team (HSEC Department).
You will report to the Senior Health Advisor and provide administrative support to Health and Injury Management Team and broader HSEC team when required. If you have a passion for health, excellent communication skills and have a well-structured but flexible way of working, this is the ideal role for you. In this position, you will be in charge of various administrative tasks as described below.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements for Health Clients and Departmental staff
- Assisting with data entry, WorkCover submissions and reporting for injury management claims
- Auditing, data entry, scanning, filing, and archiving into electronic filing system
- Assist with coordinating Health Promotion and Health surveillance
- Organising, attending, and minuting health and injury management meeting.
- Ordering supplies and services and maintaining cost discipline
- Collating and organising information for use in conferences, presentations and reports
- Monitoring and redirecting telephone calls and correspondence and conduct follow up calls on health clients as required
- Assist clients to complete necessary forms and documents and submit documents where required
- Schedule and coordinate health and injury management appointments
- Uploading medicals for reporting purposes
- Medical bookings for HSEC team
- Raising purchase orders, processing health invoices for payment, credit card conciliations
- Providing support to Health Advisors and all levels of the HSEC team
- The ability to learn how to use an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software (such as SAP)
- Demonstrated proficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint
- Excellent customer service delivery and organisational skills
- The ability to multi-task and meet set deadlines and prioritise activities where required
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Discretion relating to sensitive information
- Experience as an administration assistant or a similar administrative role will be highly regarded
