About the Role:
WorkPac Recruitment are currently seeking a local Branch Administrator to work weekdays (school hours). You will be required to conduct a variety of clerical duties within the site office in the Oil and Gas, Iron Ore, Minerals and General Hire Markets. The ideal applicant should be seeking a strong team environment with opportunities in upskilling. This role primarily focuses on general administration such as payroll processing, invoicing, and accounts related duties as well as answering phones, assisting with mobilisation and record keeping.
What You Will Need:
Experience with Payroll Processing & Data Entry
Accounts Payable/Receivable Knowledge/Experience
Experience with Record Keeping (Cross Checking of Data)
Excel Experience Preferred
