Our company has a long local history in aviation charter coordination and operations in the Cairns region. We are looking to fill an additional administration/reservations role in the organisation. You have the opportunity to join an established, friendly team in a multi-skilled administrative role, encompassing aircraft charter and freight coordination as well as database and compliance management.
Your role will entail the following:
• Providing excellence in customer service
• Address incoming phone calls and emails
• Plan and quote flight itineraries
• Booking updates & associated administration

Skill set required:
• You must have the ability to prioritise, and problem solve
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

• Background in front office reservations, travel or an interest in the Aviation Industry are desirable, but not essential.

You must have full work rights within Australia, our preference is for an established, local resident. An understanding of indigenous culture, with knowledge of Cape York and the Torres Strait would be an advantage.
