A new opportunity exists for an experienced Process and Training Administrator to join the team in Perth, this role will coordinate training programs and processes throughout Access Group business to ensure that all employees receive the necessary training to perform their roles effectively and efficiently.
The major areas of responsibility for this role include;
- Collaborating with subject matter experts to develop training content (AG Operations Support Team)
- Creating and maintaining training documentation and materials (Litmos is Access Group's LMS)
- Scheduling and coordinating training sessions and workshops
- Providing administrative support for training programs, including registration and tracking of participants
- Communicating with trainers and participants to ensure smooth execution of training events
- Collecting feedback and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
- Assisting in the development and implementation of new training initiatives
- Keeping track of training records and compile reports for management
- Preparing and distribute communication materials related to Process and Training initiatives
- Assisting in the implementation of new processes and procedures
- Responding to inquiries and resolve issues related to Process and Training

- Demonstrated commitment to quality; ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail is a must.
- Attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Intermediate to Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Learning management systems (LMS) preferred.
