Azure Minerals Limited is a highly successful Western Australian mineral company currently accelerating development of our high-grade lithium and nickel assets at the Andover Project. Led by a proven and well-credentialled technical and management team we are focused on developing this world class project into long-term sustainable operations.
Our team is rapidly expanding and as part of that growth we are now looking to support site operational requirements with a newly created site administration role. This is a permanent position offered on an 8:6 roster FIFO from Perth or DIDO from Karratha. Reporting to the Operations Manager this position will play a critical role in creating the systems and processes necessary to optimize administration efficiency and health and safety of employees.
The Role:
- Provide cadministrative support to the Site Operations Manager and leadership team
- Coordinating rosters and travel requirements
- Conducting and coordinating onsite inductions for staff, contractors and project personnel attending site
- Liaising with drillers, suppliers’ clients, visitors and internal staff to assist the Site Operations Manager with mobilisation and demobilisation of equipment
- Assisting with raising purchase orders and receipting goods
- Asset management and record management
- Maintaining safety database
- Generating daily and monthly reporting (as required)
- Track contractor hours and compile monthly reports for finance team
- Organising contractor permits
- Updating registers and schedules
- Manage and updating camp accommodation bookings
- Schedule meetings and conduct minutes
Requirements:
- 3 + years site administration experience within a mining environment
- Exceptional customer service focus in everything you do
- Excellent written skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a dynamic, startup environment
- Highly developed IT skills including Microsoft office suite
- INX software experience- highly regarded
- Cert IV Work Health and Safety -highly regarded
