We are seeking an experienced Administrator who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. In this long-term role, you will support a team of senior executives, working collaboratively at our Torbanlea site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage data entry and document management across various functions.
- Oversee calendar management and facilitate travel bookings.
- Handle aspects of mobilisation and compliance, including client approvals, site access, and training verification.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records as required.
- Build strong relationships and trust within the team.
- Take a proactive approach to administrative tasks and process improvements.
About You:
- 3+ years in a fast-paced administrative role.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to take initiative.
- Highly disciplined, self-motivated, energetic, and driven, with a desire to take on tasks as they arise.
- Strong knowledge of administrative software such as MS Office Suite, SAP, and TeamCenter.
- Commitment to actively participating in and supporting Downer Zero Harm initiatives and strategies.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to conduct detailed decisive reports.
- Strong ability to work within diverse teams and build relationships with all stakeholders and community.
