Your duties may include:
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Answering phones
- Email correspondence
- Maintaining the client database such as updating client information
- Liaising with the Australian Taxation Office on behalf of clients in regards to general enquiries
- Notice of Assessments
- Preparing letters and other documentation
- Scheduling meetings and ensuring the meeting rooms are available
- Stationary and consumable ordering
- Any other adhoc administrative tasks as required by the Accountants & Partners
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Public practice experience would be advantageous
- Proficiency in Xero or similar accounting software
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Tech Savvy and able to pick up new systems
