Job description

The Company Our client is prestigious Accounting Firm located in South Yarra. Due to a promotion within the business, they are looking for a warm and welcoming Receptionist to join their team. You will be the first point of contact for clients, and will assist the broader accounting team.
  
Your duties may include:
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Answering phones
  • Email correspondence
  • Maintaining the client database such as updating client information
  • Liaising with the Australian Taxation Office on behalf of clients in regards to general enquiries
  • Notice of Assessments
  • Preparing letters and other documentation
  • Scheduling meetings and ensuring the meeting rooms are available
  • Stationary and consumable ordering
  • Any other adhoc administrative tasks as required by the Accountants & Partners
You will have:
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Public practice experience would be advantageous
  • Proficiency in Xero or similar accounting software
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Tech Savvy and able to pick up new systems
