Overview:

We're on the lookout for a skilled Office Administrator who brings both experience and enthusiasm to the table. As the backbone for all office operations, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day activities. If you're ready to dive into a fast-paced environment where your talents are valued, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Craft personalised correspondence for clients and facilitate the dispatch of tax returns, catering to both individuals and larger groups.
  • Oversee engagement, new client onboarding, and ethical clearance procedures.
  • Act as a liaison with regulatory bodies such as the Australian Taxation Office, ASIC, and other external stakeholders.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with both internal staff and external clients via phone and email.
  • Manage ASIC Annual Returns and Incorporations.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable duties with precision.
  • Efficiently field and direct incoming voice calls and emails.
  • Manage both physical and electronic mail distribution.
  • Extend a warm and welcoming atmosphere to office guests, offering top-notch hospitality.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the company.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Hands-on experience with XERO, XPM, ASIC, and ATO Tax Agent Portal (Desirable)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional ability to juggle multiple tasks, organise priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated capability to perform under pressure while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
  • Possess a high level of integrity and honesty in all interactions.
  • Self-motivated and eager to lend a helping hand whenever needed.
