Duties:
The successful candidate will be required to man reception, do the office admin work and some ASIC and ATO administration. You will be the first point of contact for clients and be on hand to assist the team with any ad hoc administration required.
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls
- Responding to emails
- Meet and greet with all members of the public and clients
- Collating documents for clients
- Lodgements of income tax returns through the ATO Portal
- Liaise with clients and other organisations in person and over the phone
- Assist with ad-hoc administration tasks to support the accountants
- Strong client/customer focus & ability to build strong relationships
- Must have experience within a public practice Accounting Firm
- Experience using the ATO and ASIC Portal
- Highly organised with strong communication skills
- Excellent presentation
