The Position:
Resource Services Group X are currently seeking a full-time Operations Administrator to provide pro-active, responsive and professional support for the Project and Operational Teams.
The ideal candidate would have prior Administration experience within Project Support and Operational Teams with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
Key duties will include;
- Project Mobilisations and Demobilisations
- Complete Onboarding life cycle
- Ensuring personnel compliance for training, licencing and qualifications
- Arrange travel bookings
- Purchasing
- Assist relevant departments as required
- General office administration duties
The Person:
As the successful candidate you will have:
Essential:
- Current Drivers Licence and own transport
- Demonstrated administrative skills in Project Support
- Strong computer literacy skills and experience in the use of Microsoft Office
- Collaborative communication style with the ability to work effectively as a member of a team as well as the ability to work autonomously
- High level of self-discipline, self-motivation; energy and initiative
- Ability to prioritise and schedule activities to optimise time and resource utilisation
- Resilient and fast paced.
