Your central responsibility will be to orchestrate seamless operational processes, ensuring the utmost satisfaction for our diverse clientele in both domestic and international markets. As the linchpin of our operations, you will uphold stringent compliance with regulations while championing the account management initiatives of our field operations team. Primary Responsibilities: Coordinate operational facets including order management, invoicing, scheduling, and the meticulous handling of export documentation for clients spanning the UK and overseas markets.
Swiftly respond to client inquiries, providing detailed quotes and information to meet their requirements. Handle customer interactions adeptly through various channels, maintaining a consistently professional demeanor. Administer and oversee relevant contracts, fostering clear communication among internal and external stakeholders.
Keep clients informed about the progress of their orders, ensuring they are well-versed in the status of their transactions. Provide accurate product demand schedules and purchasing requirements to internal operations. Supervise daily cash reporting and manage petty cash transactions.
Be prepared to support senior management with diverse ad-hoc requests as they arise. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
