About the Role:
WorkPac are seeking a for our client an Administrator. This position offers a Monday to Friday roster, located in Boyne Island.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assisting IT Support Team in cost control and forecasting.
• Identifying improvement opportunities for streamlining IT Support work process.
• Downloading reports from SAP and analysing data.
• Raising purchase requisitions and processing invoices in SAP.
• Liaising with IT Team to confirm scope of commitments and payment substantiation.
• Maintaining project change notice register, with effective implementation of contingency & change management processes.
• Performing Close Out and Capitalisation activities at the end of the project.
• Providing document control guidance and governance for engineering related documents, consistent with established document management practices.
• Complying with standardised processes, systems, and tools.
Skills and Experience:
• Certificate in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or equivalent training and experience
• Strong administration background ideally with document control exposure
• Excellent Time Management Skills
• High Attention to Detail
• Good analytical skills
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite and SAP
• Basic Computer Skills
