About The Role
WorkPac Recruitment are currently seeking a local experienced Administrator to work weekdays. You will be required to conduct a variety of clerical duties within the site office. The ideal applicant should be seeking a strong team environment with opportunities in upskilling. This role primarily focuses on general administration such as site and project mobilisations, vehicle and plant management, organizing freight and deliveries, data entry, document management, accounts related duties, organizing and managing training, uniforms, medicals etcas well as answering phones and record keeping.
What You Will Need
- Experience with Documentation Management, Data Entry, Archiving etc.
- Experience with Site and Project Mobilizations
- Experience with Record Keeping (Cross Checking of Data)
- Competent with Microsoft Office applications, Excel Experience Preferred
