About the Roles
Senior Team Administrator:
You will be responsible for assisting the CEO, the Marketing and Communications Manager (MCM) and the broader national business with administration and coordination.
Duties
- Support the MCM to build and maintain GLG’s social media
- Coordinate the design and creation of marketing materials
- Support the CEO with travel and administration
- Operate as the Head Office building coordinator and facilities manager
- Prepare and format internal communication, documents and registers
Skills & Experience
- Ability to function independently and an enjoy working with others
- Excellence in the full MS suite of programs
- Relevant, autonomous, senior administrative or executive support experience
Commercial Administrator:
You will be responsible for tender administration and client services, supporting the Commercial Manager with high level document formatting and creation as well as taking ownership for an important area of customer service.
Duties
- Prepare tenders and ensure documents perfection
- Collate documents and tender responses
- Support and respond to internal tender queries
- Create and manage internal records and registers
- Be the conduit between a key client’s customer service department and GLG supervisors and escalate enquiries as required
Skills & Experience
- Advanced Microsoft Word skills at a minimum
- Ability to manage ongoing, competing priorities
- Exceptional internal and external customer service
- Business acumen and previous relevant experience
