About the Role

In this varied role you will be responsible for, but not limited to,

• Provide administrative support to the site management team and wider team as needed
• Maintain document management system
• Prepare and collate weekly time sheets
• Raise purchase orders
• Create supplier forms
• Assist with processing of invoices and reconciling against day dockets.
• Process credit applications
• Other ad hoc duties as required
• FIFO roster position 19/9 (2 weekends at home)
• Inputting data from daily reports and updating master documents for direct hours, indirect hours, machine hours, sub-contractors.
• Understanding of contract setups and progress claims reconciling.

About You

• Previous Admin experience preferably in the construction industry
• JDE experience highly regarded
• Ability to effectively prioritise and manage assigned workload
• Be an effective team player
• Excellent communication skills
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office
• Previous FIFO Site Administrator experience
• Basic understanding of construction activities.
