About us
First Choice Allied Health is a NDIS registered provider, offering a comprehensive range of health services including Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Psychology and Podiatry along with a team of professional therapists. We are an allied health clinic that primarily provides assessment and intervention to clients across a range of ages.
An exciting opportunity exists to join the First Choice team in a Casual (Full Time potential) based in Footscray, VIC.

The Office Administrator will work closely with the rest of the admin team, clinicians and
Practice Manager to:
- Ensure our clients and their families receive an excellent service
- Ensure a smooth client journey through our service from referral, booking, clinic admin and billing:
- Handle new enquiries (via telephone, email, website, and fax) in a professional and friendly manner.
- Use client management software to ensure timely and accurate client bookings with appropriate clinicians.
- Ensure all paperwork is completed fully and accurately
- Diary and wait list management
- Support clinicians with administrative tasks (such as sending correspondence, scanning and filing).
- Ensure compliance in service delivery (Medicare, NDIS, DVA, 3rd party payers, WorkCover)
About You
- Ability to prioritise task with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both in-person and in-writing.
- A quick learner and willing to learn our internal systems.
- Good computer skills (able to use Microsoft Office with ease).
- Some experience with NDIS is desired but not essential
- Professional in representing our practice
- Reliable and keen to maintain high standards
- Warm and friendly with a positive attitude
- Must have valid Australian working rights
- Bilingual English and Vietnamese is highly sought after

Salary: $45,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
