Accounts & Office Manager
The position is permanent and would suit an applicant who has strong long-term ties to the region who is seeking a flexible working environment.
Our company has been successfully operating in the building industry in the Cairns region for over thirty years and we have long term ongoing commitments.
We are looking for a motivated individual who is a go getter.
This position is varied and the applicant will have to wear a few proverbial hats
Position qualifications.
Must be familiar with Reckon Accounts.
Preferred qualifications or degree in, Accounting & Office management
We require the applicant for a minimum of 3 days a week, approximately 6 hours per day
Duties and Responsibilities
Enter data into Reckon accounts including purchase orders and invoicing.
Inventory tracking, allocation, and labour management.
Track and update jobs.
Enter Time data and Payroll.
Print reports.
Prepare quotations in WORD and PDF.
Organise appointments and track quotations incoming and outgoing.
Manage weekly meetings and distribute minutes.
