We are seeking an enthusiastic, committed and customer service focused Maintenance Officer to join their team on a permanent full-time basis, working Mondays to Fridays.
Under the guidance of the Village Manager, the Maintenance Officer is responsible for the execution of the maintenance activity within the village in accordance with existing frameworks and budget ensuring all work is carried out following the correct procedures. Part of your role may also include basic groundskeeping.
To be successful in your application, you must have:
- Demonstrated competence as a handyperson or experience within maintenance role, servicing multi-property sites.
- Understanding of machinery use and tools required for the job.
- High organisation skills and the ability to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks, along with a positive and proactive nature.
- Knowledge of EHS legislation.
- Level 2 First Aid Certificate (or be willing to obtain one).
- MR or above licence (desirable).
