We have a rare opportunity for a Level 2 IT Support Officer to join our Brisbane office on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a global organisation. In this position, you will play a key role in providing essential technical support to our internal users and managing Level 2 escalations. You will be joining a team of two IT professionals, who are located at our Sydney Headquarters.
What skills and experience are we looking for?
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Technology proficiency showing both Software and Hardware skills
- Experience managing and supporting a Microsoft AD Hybrid environment
- Fundamental network knowledge for troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work autonomously
- Sound communication skills, showing empathy and patience
- Knowledge of supporting Hyper-V and VMware clustered environments (desirable)
