Receptionist/Administration role for an Aged Care organisation based in Mareeba
Your new company
This organisation is one of the largest providers of in-home care, residential aged care, disability services and retirement living. They are currently seeking experienced receptionists/Administrators to join them on a full-time temporary position until March 2024, starting asap across the Cairns Region.
Your new role
Reporting to the team leader, you will be the first point of contact for all face-to-face customers and telephone enquiries.
Day-to-day you will be answering calls, directing calls and queries, supporting the team, as well as ad-hoc duties such as maintaining all stationery and office supplies.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Proven experience managing a busy reception
- A professional phone manner with the ability to communicate clearly, in a friendly and compassionate manner.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- An ability to multitask
- Strong understanding of using Microsoft Office Suite
- Current police check and Blue Card would be highly desirable.
What you'll get in return
An excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment on a temporary contract, paying $36 per hour plus superannuation. This is a full-time position Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm, based in Mareeba.
