Specialist Centre Ashgrove is a well-established practice based at Ashgrove. Our team consists of two Specialists, one Allied Health Professionals and optom students and admin/reception staff.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Medical Receptionist /Administrator with Genie experience to join our team.
About You:
This is a part-time position depending on what the candidate is after (with good regular hours). This position is located at our rooms at Ashgrove, you will need to be a team player, have a friendly disposition to your colleges and patients, able to take and follow instructions and be a self-starter with regard to using your initiative and logic.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Reception duties
- Recording notes, writing quotes, discussing fees
- Data entry via genie medical software
- Private Health Fund billing
- Sterilisation and general duties
