We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic and well groomed person with great people and computer skills wanting a long term career in Real Estate.
The fast paced and highly varied position will have you as the face of Ray White Robertson, being the first point of contact for our clients. The role generally includes greeting clients, taking phone calls, general administrative duties and assisting the Property Management team with leasing.
Your duties will include:
- Answer all incoming phone calls
- Take clear & concise messages
- Meet & greet visitors
- Sales Administration
- Assisting in the preparation of form 6 & contracts agreements
- Prepare advertisements for properties
- Maintaining the key register
- Collecting and distributing mail
- Basic data entry
- Ordering office supplies
- Other ad-hoc administration support as required
