We are a medium sized family business that was established in 1985 and has grown rapidly year by year to become one of the leading art print distributors and picture framing wholesalers in Australia. We have two premises in Melbourne based in Brunswick and Campbellfield.
We are seeking an Admin/Receptionist to join our team in our Brunswick office. This role will be required to have an excellent phone manner and exceptional customer service skills. This role will support our receptionist and assist the day to day administrative tasks within the general office operations. Full time and or part time hours are an option depending on the candidate. The position will be supporting and providing an outstanding service to all internal and external customers who enter the premises.
If you have attention to detail and a well organised approach to your work, this may be the role for you. Previous experience in a reception and or administrative environment is desirable.
You already have the following skills and qualifications:
- Accuracy with strong attention to detail;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Friendly and can do attitude
- Handle a range of ad-hoc request and queries
- Organize and process couriers and freight
- Demonstrate sound problem skills
- Good problem solving and investigation skills
- Must be computer literate and have the ability to learn company software
- Must be able to meet deadlines
- Ability to multitask
- A high degree of diplomacy, integrity, ethics
- Professionalism, exceptional time management skills
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
