This busy role will see you responsible for maintaining a warm and welcoming reception area, database management, banking, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to the team. With a tram stop right outside the front door, fresh, new offices and a treat jar that is always full you’ll wish you joined our client sooner!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Monitoring a busy phone line
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintaining and ordering office and kitchen supplies
- Database management through MYOB AE
- Inbox management
- Banking
- Scanning, filing & document collation
- Adhoc administrative tasks
About You:
- At least 1 year professional services or public practice accounting experience
- High attention to detail
- Fantastic customer service skills
- Extremely good written and verbal correspondence
- Team player but also comfortable working autonomously
