This higher education provider is based in the eastern suburbs close to public transport and links. They offer a flexible hybrid working model. As the Admissions officer, you will follow a compliance process to assess and process applications for international students, while also providing excellent customer service and respond to student queries.It is a great time to join this provider as they are in a rapid phase of growth, you will work with a high performing collaborative Admissions team with the potential opportunity for growth.
The Role:
- Maintain student records
- Process high volumes of international admissions
- Create CoE’s in compliance with legislative policies
- Ensure that all student information is entered correctly into the system and is accurate
- Process student withdrawals, deferrals and all enrolment changes
- Provide advice to agents and students regarding admissions and enrolments
- Provide adhoc administrative support as and when required
- Has previous experience working within admissions
- Has previous experience using PRISMS (not essential)
- Enjoys processing information and has excellent attention to detail
- Experience working within higher education predominantly with international students (desirable)
- Excellent written and oral skills
- Ability to work to deadlines
