We are seeking an administration and database whizz who would thrive on providing support across the admissions, student services and academic areas within the close-knit, friendly environment of University College.
University College (UC) is a leading residential College located in Parkville. We are vibrant home away from home for 340 students who are enrolled at the University of Melbourne and other nearby tertiary institutions.
Reporting to the Dean of Students and working closely with the Registrar, the Admissions & Student Administration Officer is a key member of our cohesive staff team.
Core functions of the role include:
- Assisting with student offer process, organising enrolment contracts
- Coordinating prospective student interviews
- Data entry and maintenance of database and CRM system for all student records, application, admission, enrolment and academic documents
- Liaising with students and parents and assisting with enquiries
- Assisting with the administration side of student events and functions
This position is perfect for a confident, self-motivated person who relishes being busy, enjoys variety and working collaboratively. Strong English written and verbal skills are essential along with administration experience and a sound knowledge of database systems, ideally gained within the educational or hospitality services sector.
