About the Role
As a Student Admissions Advisor at JMC Academy, you are the first point of contact for prospect and aspiring creative arts students. Your role is crucial for understanding student goals and aspirations and assisting them with their steps into Tertiary Education.
The role is pivotal within the campus, liaising with external and internal stake holders, including teaching staff and Heads of Department, Campus and Senior Management, Academic and Student Services staff, prospective students, parents and industry professionals.
What’s involved in your new role:
- Managing and conducting online and phone enquiries, applications, interviews and auditions with a focus of securing student enrolments
- Coordinating the Domestic student enrolment process
- Building strong internal and external relationships
- Working with student data CRM systems
- Ensuring student satisfaction and retention
- Attending external expos and career fairs to build brand awareness (when needed)
- Working as a part of a collaborative and supportive campus team on projects and events

- Are described by others as being highly organised and great at managing your time.
- Have a passion for either the creative arts or further education industry.
- Exposure in a customer centric or sales (including retail) role. This is not necessary, but it would be useful.
- Have a Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
