Health Information Services (HIS) at Clayton has an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic, experienced and professional part time Administration officer to join our team as a Customer Service/Admissions officer.

About the HIS Team and the Role
In this administrative role your primary responsibilities will include:
- Provide customers exceptional customer service both face-to-face and over the phone;
- Complete and ensure accurate data entry when admitting and updating patient details on the Patient administrative system (iPM), and other data entry and administrative duties as required (as outlined on the attached PD)
The Monash Medical Centre (MMC) Clayton Main Reception/Admissions Department is open 7 days per week. Shifts start and finish times may vary between 7am and finish at 8pm with the potential of operating hours to be changed and extended as the service continues to grow
Staff may also be required to travel to other Monash Health sites.

Selection Criteria Extensive Customer Service Experience
Flexibility to cover shifts at short notice
Availability to work morning and afternoon shifts as required over a 7 days a week roster
Ability to work at all sites as per advertisement
Experience in the Health Industry
Experience using the Patient Administration System iPM or similar
