We currently have a vacancy for a mature, reliable and customer focused individual to join the team at our Pascoe Vale Office.
This position requires someone who:
- Is self motivated and has a positive can do attitude
- Has excellent customer service skills
- Is thorough and meticulous in their work
- Is easy going with a friendly nature
- Can work independently without supervision as well as part of a team
- Has excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Excel, Word and Outlook
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Answering phones and taking messages
- Customer service - communicating with clients and assisting with their queries
- Managing incoming & outgoing quotes
- Administrative and office duties
- Data entry
- Basic account duties
