Join the team at Co and Pace Salons on a full-time basis, working at our Brisbane CBD salon with likeminded enthusiasts and an incredible Owner / Creative Director with three decades' experience.
Salon Duties
· ??Mastery of colouring techniques.
· ??Mastery of cutting techniques (best suiting clients, shapes and textures.)
· ??Mastery of styling.
· ??Ability to rapidly build a clientele / retain clients.
· ??Mastery of consultation techniques.
· ??Mastery of customer service.
Skills / Qualifications
· ??Hairdressing qualification.
· ??Minimum five years' experience as a hairdresser / colourist.
· ?Knowledge or experience in a salon chain / productive salon and knowledge of colours / salon products.
· ?Experience in show or photo shoot work.
· ?Expertise in providing advice on hair care, beauty products and hairstyles.
· ?Cutting hair with scissors, clippers and razors.
· ?Technical skills such as using appropriate chemical solutions in hair.
· ?Time management skills.
· ?Organisational skills.
· ?Good attitude.
· ?Willingness to learn
