Do you love social media?

We are on the hunt for a Full-time Permanent Social Media Manager to join our Marketing team in Sydney Olympic Park.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organisational skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

What would be your key responsibilities?

• Maximizing traffic, sales by conceptualizing, developing, and implementing effective Paid Social Media campaigns to drive business objectives across multiple platforms including (not limited to) meta, TikTok, affiliates.
• Focusing on commercial targets, using data and analytics continuously optimize campaigns based on metrics.
• Leveraging on creativity coupled with technological tools to continuously improve advertising outcomes.
• Creating compelling ad copies and continuously optimizing campaigns to drive key business objectives.
• Collaborating with other key internal stake holders
• Supporting the broader business through comprehensive yet concise reporting to provide management with full visibility and transparency of advertising performance.

Qualifications And Experience

• Within e-commerce, proven experience of 3+ years managing large-scale paid social campaigns.
• Ability to analyze large amounts of data, extract insights and make data-driven recommendations.
• Well-versed across all core performance marketing metrics including revenue, traffic, ROAs, AOV, CTR, Conversion Rate, CPA and CAC.
• Excellent communication skills
